SALT LAKE CITY—As July 24 approaches thoughts turn to the pioneers who settled this valley in 1847. In conjunction with the celebration of that event, the Pioneer Memorial Museum will mark its 75th anniversary. The museum, run by the Daughters of Utah Pioneers (DUP), sits across from the State Capitol at 300 North Main.
